Withdraw from the contract

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made on this site, without giving a reason. You can do it here in two steps: you get the confirmation by email straight away.

Withdrawal function under Art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code, in force since 19 June 2026.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Italian version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any difference.

Contract details

You can use this function throughout the withdrawal period. You don’t need to give a reason.

When you can no longer withdraw

If in the order form you asked me to start straight away, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that is, when the video is finished and delivered or the session has taken place. If you withdraw earlier, you only pay for the part of the work already done.

Refund

Within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method as the order and at no cost to you, minus any amount for work already done. If the amount was only held on your card and not yet charged, I release the hold.
