Before you book.
Is the intro call really free?
Yes, for businesses with a VAT number: 20 minutes to see whether I can help, with no commitment and no payment details. To keep it genuinely useful I ask for your VAT number, website and phone, and I confirm the call myself within 24 hours.
I’m a private individual: can I book?
Of course, with a 30 or 60-minute 1:1 session that you pay for when you book. We can talk about socials, content, AI, editing or a project of yours.
When can I book?
Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Italian time, from 48 hours up to 4 weeks ahead. I always leave some room between calls, so I’m on time and fully focused.
How does the video call work?
We meet on Google Meet: you get the invite with the link by email, and all you need is your browser or the app. No Google account needed.
Can I have a call before ordering a video?
For videos you don’t need one: you tell me everything in the form, and if you have a question you can message me on WhatsApp. If you’d rather talk it through, book a 1:1 session.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before, from the link in the confirmation email. If you cancel a paid session in time, you get a full refund.
