For security I don’t accept archives (ZIP, RAR, 7Z), programs and executables, scripts, Office documents with macros, SVG files and HTML pages. Every file is also checked for its real content: a program renamed “.mp4” is rejected.

How payment works

On Mollie’s secure payment page you choose how to pay. By card, the amount is held but not charged: within 48 working hours I review your request and, if I can make it, I confirm it and the amount is charged; if not, the hold is released. With the other methods you pay straight away and, if I can’t make the video, you get a full refund.

Price: the total shown is final: Italian flat-rate scheme, no VAT, stamp duty included. No delivery costs: the video arrives digitally, wherever you are.
Delivery: MP4 file (H.264), downloadable for 30 days, compatible with smartphones, computers and social networks.
Withdrawal: 14 days. If you ask me to start straight away, you lose it when the final video is delivered. You can withdraw with the “Withdraw from the contract here” function or with the model form.
Legal guarantee of conformity: digital content is covered by the guarantee under the Italian Consumer Code.
Complaints: write to simone@sgl.studio, I reply within [7] working days.
